House Rules

As a patron of Tiger and Peacock

I agree to abide by the rules established by The Memphian and overseen by its management. I acknowledge that:

Tipping: A gratuity of 21% will be applied to parties of 6 or more.

Smoking: No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is permitted inside the restaurant or on the patio.

Weapons: No weapons of any kind are permitted on premises. This includes knives and handguns.

Dress Code: Upscale casual. Dress to impress. For all genders, no athletic apparel (tank tops, spandex or sweatpants). Men are not allowed to wear baseball caps or beanies, and must have on a collared shirt or blazer. Undergarments should not be exposed.

Outside Food & Beverage: Only food and drink produced at The Memphian are permitted on the property.

Age: All Tiger and Peacock guests must 21 years of age or older.
